Orders & Payment
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding German public holidays). You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders very quickly to get your drone to you ASAP. Please contact us immediately at hallo@droneyo.de if you need to make a change, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at Mannheimer Straße 6, 12623 Berlin, Germany.
Q: What are my shipping options and costs?

European Union (EU): €13.99 Standard International Shipping (2-8 business days)

Q: Why is my tracking information not updating?
A: It can sometimes take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system after we generate the label. If it hasn't updated after this time, please contact us at hallo@droneyo.de, and we will investigate for you.
Q: Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
A: EU Orders: No, there are no customs fees within the EU.
International Orders (Outside EU): Yes, any customs, duties, or import taxes are the customer's responsibility. DRONEYO has no control over these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Please first contact our customer service team at hallo@droneyo.de to initiate the return and receive the correct shipping label and instructions.
Q: Is return shipping free?
A: Yes! We provide free return shipping labels for all eligible returns within the 30-day window. Contact us to get yours.
Q: Are there any restocking fees?
A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider's policies.

A: Welcome to the hobby! We offer several models perfect for beginners, focusing on stability, safety features, and ease of use. Feel free to contact us, and our experts will be happy to give you a personalized recommendation.
Q: Are drones difficult to fly?
A: Modern consumer drones are designed with beginners in mind, featuring auto-takeoff/landing, altitude hold, and obstacle avoidance. We recommend starting in a wide-open space and practicing! Always read the manual thoroughly.
Q: What are the legal requirements for flying a drone in my country?
A: Drone laws vary by country and region. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all local regulations regarding registration, no-fly zones, altitude limits, and privacy. We recommend checking with your national aviation authority (e.g., in Germany, the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt - LBA).
Q: Do you offer warranties on your drones?
A: All our products come with the standard manufacturer's warranty. The specific length and terms vary by brand. Please see the product description or contact us for details on a specific model.
